- Transaction Time at New Parking Pay Stations Dramatically Improved

Park Cedar Rapids would like parking patrons to know about an adjustment that has been made to the credit and debit card transaction time of the new “LUKE” parking pay stations. Since activation of the first pay stations in mid-October, Park Cedar Rapids staff have been actively monitoring the new technology to determine what improvements could be made to the customer experience. With this latest adjustment, customers will notice significantly reduced credit and debit card processing times.
